Cincinnati Bengals vs. Las Vegas Raiders

This match-up has every chance of being a shoot-out between two offence-reliant squads. And because of that, it may be the most entertaining of the six games this weekend.

The Raiders more than earned their playoff spot last week in a hectic, high-scoring feud with division rivals Los Angeles Chargers.

Their offence, consisting of the likes of quarterback Derek Carr, running back Josh Jacobs and receivers Hunter Renfrow and Zay Jones, should be able to keep pace with the high-flying Bengals. The question will be whether their defence can do its best to try and contain Cincinnati's offence.

QB Joe Burrow and WR JaMarr Chase have been an unreal pairing this season, with Burrow returning to his lofty Louisiana State numbers and Chase setting all kinds of rookie NFL records.

So, the winner of this game will be determined by who can best limit the other's high-scoring offence.

Vegas' Maxx Crosby is a formidable threat rushing the passer, but Cincinnati's trio of Trey Hendrickson, Sam Hubbard and DJ Reader may be too much for the Raiders' shaky offensive line to handle.

Prediction: 34-30, Bengals.

Buffalo Bills vs. New England Patriots

If the two regular-season meetings between these clubs are any indicator, we're likely to see a tight, defensive affair at Bills Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

First, we saw the Patriots stun the Bills in Buffalo, as Bill Belichick's men executed a damning defensive gameplan that shut down offensive coordinator Brian Daboll's Bills offence in a 14-10 win.

Though later in the season, in Foxborough, we saw the Bills have their revenge in a 33-21 win (it didn't feel that high-scoring), so who knows which side comes out top in meeting number three?

With two young (and sometimes mistake-prone) QBs in Mac Jones and Josh Allen going toe-to-toe, the level of unpredictability is high -- which makes it all the more entertaining!

The odds will say to lean towards the home side, but Belichick and the Patriots are the masters when it comes to postseason football, and this time may be no different.

Prediction: 23-20, Patriots.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Philadelphia Eagles

This Bucs-Eagles match-up features two QBs; one who's accomplished everything there is to achieve in the game and one who's yet to realise his full potential as a starting gunslinger in the NFL.

Of course, I'm talking about Tampa Bay's Tom Brady and Philadelphia's Jalen Hurts.

Hurts and the Eagles offence, despite demonstrating at times throughout the season that they can score freely, will need to reach another level if they're to challenge Tom and Tampa at Raymond James Stadium.

And despite young weapons such as Hurts, receiver Devonta Smith and tight end Dallas Goedert, the experienced and reigning champion Buccaneers may well be too much to handle in front of their home fans.

Prediction: 30-20, Buccaneers.

Dallas Cowboys vs. San Francisco 49ers

Having won their last two games, including a playoff-clinching victory over division rivals Los Angeles in Rams-land last week, the 49ers will be riding high and looking to put an end to the impressive season the Dallas Cowboys have put together.

However, that won't be an easy task coming up against the likes of QB Dak Prescott, RB Ezekiel Elliott and WRs Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb at AT&T Stadium.

Look for this to also be a high-scoring contest, with the Niners boasting a number of offensive threats of their own: RB Eli Mitchell, TE George Kittle and jackknife WRs Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk.

There's sure to be plenty of red among the sea of blue on Monday morning, but it's more likely to be the men in white and blue on the field who come out on top in this do-or-die clash.

Prediction: 31-28, Cowboys.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers face an incredibly uphill battle to beat the AFC-favourite Kansas City Chiefs.

The Steelers, who weren't even expecting to be in a position to make the playoffs before last week's game against the Baltimore Ravens, now find themselves up against arguably the best QB of the last three years in Patrick Mahomes.

They'll need everything out of star pass-rusher TJ Watt if they have any chance of slowing down a Chiefs offence which also boasts Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce and Clyde Edwards-Helaire.

On the other side of the ball, Pittsburgh will need all the help they can get out of the retirement-bound Ben Roethlisberger and outstanding rookie RB Najee Harris.

'Big Ben' will need to connect on at least a few deep balls if the Steelers are to keep pace with the Chiefs offence, and offensive coordinator Matt Canada will need to draw up some creative plays for his QB, as opposed to the types of standard plays that have yielded short-yardage out of the 39-year-old Roethlisberger thus far this season.

But even if the Steelers can some final-game heroics out of Ben, I still feel it won't be enough to stop the Chiefs at Arrowhead.

Prediction: 31-17, Chiefs.

Los Angeles Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals

The Los Angeles Rams will be hoping we don't see a repeat of last week's home action against a division rival (when they were bested by the playoff-hopeful 49ers) when they take on the Arizona Cardinals in a playoff showdown at SoFi Stadium (the home of this year's Super Bowl).

Rams head coach Sean McVay will be looking for better performances out of his stars (QB Matthew Stafford, RB Sony Michel and WRs Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr.) this week as they face a daunting Cardinals defence which may welcome the return of veteran pass-rusher (and former defensive player of the year) JJ Watt.

But if not, the likes of Chandler Jones, Isaiah Simmons and Budda Baker will be ready and waiting to greet the Rams as Arizona looks to win its first playoff game since 2015 (when it reached the NFC Championship Game).

However, coming up against a defence that is looking to bounce back and boasts a DPOY of its own (LA's Aaron Donald), the Rams may be too strong for QB Kyler Murray and these inexperienced Cardinals.

Prediction: 32-24, Rams.
