The Carolina Panthers have advanced to SuperBowl 50 after thrashing the Arizona Cardianls 49-15 in the NFC Championship game.

The panthers recorded their 13th straight home victory, as Cam Newton scored two touchdowns and threw for two more in a dominant display.

Carolina set a scoring record for the NFC Championship game, as Newton also became the first NFL playoff passer to notch 300 yards.

The Panthers will play Denver Broncos in two weeks time in SuperBowl 50, after they beat the New England Patriots 20-18 earlier in the day.
